Designed and developed under the motto “Fly in Peace”.

The first Illusion has delighted many pilots and gained an extraordinary reputation over the years. Consequently, our development objective was to maintain these affordable flying characteristics and user-friendliness, while improving overall performance. The Illusion 2 benefits from the latest technology and development experience gained on all the current gliders in the range, and is fun to fly and easy to pack and transport.

Situated in the middle of the B category, the Illusion 2 fits perfectly between the Muse 5 and Eden 7. Reliable in all situations, the Illusion 2 excels thanks to its gliding performance, stability and maneuverability across the entire weight range.

Technology

The sail combines solid and semi-light fabrics: Skytex 38 is used on the heavily stressed leading edge, while the main part of the sail uses Skytex 32 Universal and Skytex 32 Hard on the reinforcements. Thanks to Nitinol rods, the rib reinforcement system ensures optimum sail rigidity, and a clean sail surface over time, even if the wing is folded carelessly.
